Progressive Cabinet Nominees

If a progressive were elected president, who might he or she appoint to the top Cabinet positions? The names below have been suggested by members of the progressive community. Those with an * are part of the Backbone Campaign. If you want to rank your favorites, visit the Backbone Cabinet. If there is someone you’d like to nominate, do so here.

This is an interesting site to research. If I may suggest, spamming it will just put it underground...it would be more informative to watch it. They are currently tracking every staffer, every appointee and digging up background information on all governmental office and position holders to use in foisting a sea-change upon us.

I hope others have time to really dig through this site, I don't have it availible right now.

I know you like to dig. Do you have a shovel that you don't mind getting soiled?

Progressive = communist/extreme liberal. I wouldn't like it at all.

Yep. They got some real winners on their site's visitor wish list.

Thing that got me was some of their research pages buried in the site.

Bill Cosby as Sec. of Education? I thought he was some right wing kook promoting the false ideals of personal responsibility and self-reliance. < /sarcasm>

Right, we see progressives here in CA and it isn't pretty.

I don't want to see more of it anywhere. :-(

Have a nice night. :-)

You're right, KC- the site is pretty deep and a good resource to monitor. Have to keep reminding myself its not a humor site though. Michael Dukakis, Sec of Transportation. Max (I thought it was a pull-tab on a can of beer) Cleland, Vets Affairs. At least they seem to have a sense of irony.

I happened to be looking for a person at the absolute bottom rung of government service and found that they track everyone who serves in any capacity with a bio page etc.
