For me it's fingers or thehwole hand that go numb.
Depends on if I have to hold the paper and the backing with a death grip or not.

"...I promise not to miss you the next time you go on vacation. :) ..."
Actually, it wasn't a vacation, but "a change is as good as a rest" so that works. I think Las Vegas must be awfully close to having 4,000,000 people, now...scary stuff...the whole valley is full.

You can make a poem or song of that if you want to sit still for a few moments.
Think of memories in your mind as if they were mementoes in a cluttered room. Are you moving on ... to somewhere ... or from someone ... ?
It has great promise.

Actually, I didn't go there for "fun." I went to get a vehicle.
I moved from there three and a half years ago (after 20 years) because the "grass was greener."
My daughter and two of my grandsons still live there, so going back is like going home.
She wants me to move back, but I need some convincing...
However, if I do, and you decide you want to visit, let me know... we'll do lunch!
LOL!

Since I'm currently working on a sketch, there's no room in my skull for mind clutter luggage.
*sigh*

For some reason, that reminds me of Lemony Snicket's Series Of Unfortunate Events...

For me it seems to be sketches fluttering around on papery wings.

Great!
How are things with you?
I enjoyed the time with my daughter, and that's good.
Las vegas is getting too big to be comfy in, though...
