NORFOLK — Cindy Sheehan, the anti-war activist who made headlines by demanding to meet with President George W. Bush and setting up camp outside his Texas ranch this summer, is coming to Norfolk.
Sheehan became an outspoken opponent of the war in Iraq after her son died there. She is scheduled to hold a press conference at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the corner of St. Pauls Boulevard and City Hall Avenue downtown. Her “Bring Them Home Now’’ tour will present speakers at the veterans memorial in Town Point Park at 7 p.m., according to a press release.

The more she is given the opportunity to speak, the more insane crap she spews. There are a few people I would buy the rope for if I knew they would hang themselves. (That's a metaphor.)

I didn't know you could make so much money for hating america.
Has she incorporated herself as a tax-exempt organization? Is she declaring the money as personal income? Are the donation checks being made out to her or to her own foundation, if she established one? I could go on.
Not knowing or reading about any of her money affairs, I think it's time to find out what her modus operandi is or, at the least, if she and her handlers are running a scam.
Funny no one in the MSM is pursuing this angle, but then again, not surprising at all.

That is because she "dis'd" the great hope of the DemocRAT party...miz Hillary. I laughed so hard when Mary something or other was on O'Reilly last night and said she agreed with SIN-dy protesting the President but not Hillary. What hypocrits.

Cindy is going to appear at Johns Hopkins University tonight at 8pm in their premier lecture hall, sponsored by the American Friends Service Committee and JHU student govt. Beautiful Shriver Hall will be full of "compassionate" matrons as well as dread-locked Hopkins students (male and female). Lasl week Hopkins supported an exhibition on campus of a huge maze made of old shoes representing the dead in Iraq.
"Contemplative" people walked the maze - were they praying for peace or were they cursing George Bush?

Thanks for the heads up. My husband is in school there right now for 10 wks. I just emailed him the info and told him to get more and head there. I hope they get out of school in time. Of the 250 officers that are there at this school 90% have done tours in Iraq! I told him to go boo her for me LOL!
Why doesn't she bring her Iraq protest to Tikrit.
I only have one question: what was it about living at home w/Cindy Sheehan that made her son decide he'd rather go back to being in Iraq?
