That may be, but then, I thought Hanoi Jane would be in Leavenworth before you and I were 30, too.   I'll never, ever, discount the slipperiness of Slick50, or whatever it is they're using, again.

This stuff is 20 years old -- and this woman is likewise replying.

Ah, the Pride of Chappaquidick encouraging Roderick to air his grievances over something that never happened. Horrors! What if Title IX had been limited?

He's asking Greenberger about Roberts' 20-year-old pay gap between men and women. (God, she is ugly -- Court TV wasn't showing her before.) Definitely discrimination is the only thing that accounts for it!

That's because while they are women, they are not ladies. From your postings on FR, it seems a safe assumption to say you are both. Not mindless flattery by the way, just an honest observation.

Yep..... she should be complaining about "looks" discrimination. She's bound to suffer from that more than anything else....

Sadly I don't know all that much about Hatch, but I am very impressed and certainly interested in learning more and will be watching him closely.

Good points all, Mary.

I "knew" it -- Biden would have to grab face time.

What happened to John Dean?

I don't know what happened to him, although I have several wishes. You did see that Leahy had his remarks entered into the record anyway, did you not?

I was in the kitchen -- did Biden say he voted for Souter because he knew Dems who knew him who assured him Souter was "a great guy"? (Too bad GWHB didn't ask those Dems!)

Well if the idiots in the Senate had not decided to place term limits on Committee Chairmanships, Hatch would still be the Chairman of this committee and we'd be done by now and voting. But all and all Specter has done a pretty good job.

I thought this panel was on earlier today. I know Greenberger was propagandizing earlier this afternoon. Kennedy and Biden haven't gotten their quota of face time today?

Biden does not want anyone to take a "narrow" view of the Constitution. Guess he wants it to live and breathe. Joe is more pitiful than Chuckie.

Looks like Biden is hedging his bets in case he votes for Roberts. He is now praising testimonies from two ladies supporting Roberts. Apparently he doesn't know what to do. As usually.

Specter did surprise me with his smacking down of Kennedy and Biden the other day. He is however, still a punk.
