Roberts: Day Four Set to Begin
On Thursday, the members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. continue with a third round of questioning. Then six different panels of out- side witnesses deliver their views on the professional and personal suitability of John Roberts to be appointed Chief Justice of the United States. This testimony will take the entire day.

Yes, I realize that. But don't we all see how wrong that is, not that Roberts neither wants to confirm or deny them, but that the dems think they can get away with painting them as wrong and evil and not be challenged.
Let me get this straight. The President of the National Bar Association is making a racial statement out of this? How can any non-left-leaning lawyer-to-be stand a chance whe the head of the Bar Association runs around bitching and throwing the race card around? How f'ing biased is this guy? Sounds like a Democrat. Pretending that he was open-minded as he and other members of the NBA looked at Roberts' record.
A snowball would have a better chance in H&ll than Roberts would have of getting approval from the NBA.
