Another family favorite was Dr. Who - especially the googly-eyed one (Tom Baker). And what does your Time And Relative Dimension In Space look like.Did you know Tom Baker played the evil warlock in "The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad" as well as Rasputin in a movie about the Russian revolution.

I'm going to have to bug out.
It's good to visit even if briefly.
Too dim to sew but I have interfacing that needs to be ironed on.
Love all ya'll.
God Bless all in harms way.

I managed to drag my husband to a few conventions. I really enjoyed them. (Hubby didn't.) I loved listening to Michael Dorn speak. His voice is so beautiful that he could read the label on a jelly jar and I would be mesmerized. I met Leonard Nimoy when I was a kid, and my best friends embarrassed me to death by telling him I had pointed ears. LOL

The Silent Ranks
Author Unknown I wear no uniforms, no blues or army greens But I am in the Army in the ranks rarely seen I have no rank upon my shoulders - salutes I do not give But the military world is the place where I live I'm not in the chain of command, orders I do not get But my husband is the one who does, this I can not forget I'm not the one who fires the weapon, who puts my life on the line But my job is just as tough. I'm the one that's left behind My husband is a patriot, a brave and prideful man And the call to serve his country not all can understand Behind the lines I see the things needed to keep this country free My husband makes the sacrifice, but so do our kids and me I love the man I married, Soldiering is his life But I stand among the silent ranks known as the Army Wife

Star Gate is okay, but sometimes I think it takes a stretch. Just my opinion.

I got a little emotional writing that post I guess. Exchange "who" with how and "write" with "right" and that should just about do it. LOL!
