Kyl is giving Biden, indirectly, a lesson in the Constitution.

I think you're right... Biden thinks he's on par with Roberts -- like he's a "colleaugue" of Roberts. What a dunce.

Also, take note that he brought up about talking with his son last night and him being a lawyer in the beginning of this questioning

I'm guessing the son is as dumb as his dad

Notice how well he's explaining precisely why Roberts can and cannot answer these tacky repetitive questions. Said it before, and will say it again, I always look forward to hearing from Kyl.

Throwing Biden's words right back at him.

A wise Senator once said . . . . Did I hear Biden mutter "but I'm the wisest," or did he say, "But I'm the wise ass?"

Did anybody catch what Biden said after Kyl started? Kyl was saying that a wise member of the judiciary committee had made a statement some time ago, and while he was talking I'm sure it was Biden who chimed in with "I'm the wise man" -- Kyl stopped and said "Pardon me?"

It turned out Kyl WAS talking about Biden, and then Kyl told a lie -- he said Biden WAS wise.

Did I hear Biden correctly?

my email to cry baby biden.

Do you enjoy being a prick? Your childish and you care nothing about John Robert's answers.. you just want to act like a big toad and partisan hack. Who in your state votes for you? You should be ashamed of your fit throwing. However, you and Howard Dean have much in common. Your the party of hate and anger.

Yes he is, but Biden won't learn a thing... I'd love to see his pretentious, forced smile.

Didn't Jimmah Cotter consult Amy about rabbits or some darn thing. Maybe it was about that wonderful rescue attempt of the Iranian hostages. Can't remember.

I'm guessing the same thing, right along with you. With Biden, it's ALWAYS first about Biden.

Can you believe he is really pondering a run for the WH?

I think Kyl meant wise guy. Tongue-in-cheek, feeding Biden his own words.

THe only problem I have with Roberts is from what I've seen he should be running for president

I thought about that too but realized Roberts will be on the SC for life as opposed to a term-limited Presidency. The SC needs Roberts badly. But you're absolutely right about him being Presidential material.

He thinks he's so damn cute

Biden is a lot like a balding Phil Donahue.

He treats people like they are little children up until they win an argument against him, at which time, he suddenly gets "cute."

Not very manly.

How do we tell the people of Delaware to fire Biden? Good Lord, there must be SOME people with some sense in that state who would like to get rid of this a*s.

I think it was nuclear war. Amy was 10 at the time IIRC.
