The Hill newspaper gives us a peek at the Democratic playbook for the Roberts hearings. Below are the attack assignments for the Democratic members of the Committee:
Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

That's so that everyone can go to the bathroom and throw up.
Like I said, she is a narrow thinker.
Oh,another subject.
She's moving to another subject...lol.
I've noticed that. I think their notes say:
"If Roberts answers A, see question 1 below,
If Roberts answere B, skip to question 2 sub paragraph 5."
Fishing Family? WTF? If it's such a private act, they should pay for it privately... instead of our tax dollars.
If people knew (outside of the act itself, 43 million dead), how much the taxpayer pays for their private acts... abortion would be out tomorrow.
I think he may have one of the best judicial minds we have seen.
George Carlin use to do a routine about the feminists that were for abortion; he said "Why is it that the women that are FOR abortion are the women you would want to have sex with anyway?"
My words; he used "different words," if you get my drift.
What time is the next break?
They had to have misunderestimated him. He's beyond brilliant.
Cspan3 on my computer froze up .. what was the subject??
15 minute break when Feinstein is finished.
She touched on abortion -- now on commerce clause.
Leni
Yeah, I had to reset my connection to CSPAN streaming too.
Has Roberts even looked down at his table? I haven't even seen him look at one page of notes; did I miss something?
I have not seen him refer to notes even once, if he has, I haven't seen it.
He is obviously highly intelligent. He knows his stuff. Never once a hesitation to refer back in his mind. It's all right there. Unbelievable.
Bingo!
