Hello,
Yesterday, Gov. Blanco was scheduled to do a presser in TX @ 3PM. Around 5PM, she had not appeared, so I called the # listed for her spokespeople. They said she was "running late". As far as I know, she still has not had the presser. Gov Blanco, a day late, a city short.
