.....and people in this country want us to negotiate with these animals....wake up morons. Amen, chris. I am so very sorry for not only your loss, but for the WAY in which you lost him. Any American that seeks to protect those savages is unworthy of the title "American".

Chris, my heart goes to you, but there is nothing one can do to alleviate your pain. All we can do is never forget. And I won't. And I will remember your post too. G-d bless the soul of your father. One thing he knew. I am sure, that he had a good son.
Best wishes to you and your family.

Thank you for the heads up Chris.
I am glad the documentary is powerful...it should be.
Your father was one of the first to lose his life in this war on terror. God Bless him forever and all who met the end of their lives on that horrific day, as well as their families left behind.
Chris-your dad must be looking down at you, just bursting with pride. What a good son you are.
Never forget that.
And we will never forget that day. Ever.

I also share the sentiment of sorrow over your loss, but I find it hard to think of the way your loss occurred in any way other than honorable. I couldn't be sorry for the way I lost a loved one if it were in as heroic a way as this... Shameful that it ended up having to be this way, but what a great sense of honor one must hold to have their Father die fighting for the freedom of all - for their son.
Truly awe inspiring!
Glad to hear that the documentary was a good representation and not some whitewash.
