No. There were two decisions. The main decision was decided 7-2. The second decision, on potential remedy, was decided on a 5-4 vote.

God sure does. I cannot help but think the Chief Justice is looking down and chuckling about the liberals about to implode.

From all accounts Roberts was going to be the first nominee from the President and you can bet he already has decided on the Chief Justice and then that person's replacement on the Court. Three hearings and the RATs will implode!
