I can not believe that anybody on THIS board would be so ignorant of the constitution and the powers that are given and who they are given to. FGS, the president can not do anything in this matter, the Governor is in charge of the state. The voters of LA gave that power to her and only her.

Bush isn't real big on enforcing laws...look at the situation at our borders.
