The situation in New Orleans continues to deteriorate due to rising water levels and desperation. Search and rescue continues via boat and air. Authorities have announced the goal to evacuate all the remaining residents of NOLA. The New Orleans Mayor has reported numerous gas leaks throughout the city. Sporadic fires occurring. Attempts to evacuate hundreds of hospital patients from Charity Hospital and Tulane Medical Center are in process. Patients are being transported to other hospitals as far away as Florida.
The Army Corps of Engineers is at the NOLA levee breaks with current plans to drop 3000 lb sand bags in an effort to stop the flow of water. NOLA hospital evacuations continue for thousands of patients. Reports indicate all evacuees are being taken to the SuperDome, which is now surrounded by water. The generators at the Dome are now in jeopardy. The Governor of Louisiana has called for a day of prayer tomorrow...
Elsewhere, search and rescue continue in Mississippi and Alabama. Biloxi reports indicate catastrophic damage.

If this makes sense let me know, cause I dont think it does. :-)
There is just one executable it installs and I go to msconfig and disable "tkbell" from the startup. I will use RP sparingly but this is one time where it is worth the cleanup afterward.
New Orleans as the water rises.
Cool... You link works. I love this station. Funny, but your link opened up in media player...But it works! Thanks!
I filled my car on Monday, came home and washed and dryed it and then put the cover on. I have not been out since. I know that people have to go to work and school, but I do not, and I can walk to the store and Wal-Mart, post office, etc. and I am going to. I remember my Grandfather who owned an oil lease saying that there were times that he would walk a long way to work, because shoe leather was cheaper that gas. That was a very long time ago.
Have we had any reports or pics from the southernmost part of LA, the areas of the delta that took the storm first..some early reports said they had disappeared..
I think it only works in the XP version but I'm glad it is working for you.
If two cows kowtow, are they really just butting heads?

WDSU - LOcal News calling Looters "Predators"
OK how much food was destroyed in that Storm How much will be destroyed now that there is no power?
How will this affect the rest of the country?
Does this loss of food cause shortages other places when you consider you still need to feed those folks who have lost everything?
Will the gas shortage (loss of our refineries in the area) cause spikes in food prices due to gas being higher in price?
I don't think many have figured yet that this disaster is going to have a large impact on the rest of the country.
Well I have real alternative and that usually works fine. But link Just given opens in media player 6 just fine.
