Whole lotta attention paid on someone who won't even be the Democratic nominee in '08.

the former First Lady leads the current First Lady by ten percentage points, 47% to 37%

Notice how this article doesn't mention the question that resulted in this answer?

We don't know if it was "Who's going to win the Presidency" or "Who's more likely to sleep with Satan".

A bit premature; we're not even sure who the Repub candidate will be in '08.

Hillary would be toast if Condi is on the ticket in any capacity.

She could say bye bye to an overall woman's vote, and her likely choice for VP, who would be a SW dem who could deliver his state and the Hispanic vote, would be negated by Condi.

With a matchup like that, count me in the 18%.....

I have had a strong feeling all along that Hillary will NOT be the Dem nominee. It's a long ways off, so much can happen and I sure recall how Gary Hart was considered "inevitable" and look what happened to him. He crashed and burned, leaving the Democrats with no one to take on a rather weak G.H.W. Bush.
The media creates their political stars but some times fellow Democrats take them down, as I believe Dukakis did with Hart (with a LOT of help from the former Colorado Senator of course, what a phony he is and was, as HRH certainly is & always will be).

Considering neither the First Lady, nor Rice has declared their candidacy for Office, this doesn't look all that good for Hitlerbeast.

This poll would carry some merit with me, were I convinced that either party had used up their supply of wealthy white guys to run for the Presidency. ;)

I thought Hillary would poll higher with the question, "who looks more natural in Ol' Crusty?"

Polls are irrelevant, since the Electoral College chooses the President, and not the voters.

What I want to know, is why are there ANY negatives for Laura Bush? What can people find offensive about her?

Hillary's moving to the "center" will only fool the most ignorant of voters. When the campaign gets going Hillary's going down in flames on the merit of her record alone.

Can any of those whon oppose Condi primarily because she is soft on abortion please tell me what great pro-life achievments of the Bush administration you fear she would work to undo?

If you can't tell me this, then it seems more like you care more about what politicians say than what they do.
