Just talked to Basil on site in Crawford, Texas. Currently there are about 100 folks there helping to set up. They have not received word about the caravan arrival in Waco yet. JimRob is riding with the caravan. She thinks it might get to Crawford around 1:00 p.m.
Basil says the stage is set up, the sound system is excellent and they have hung the most beautiful banners overnighted by W04Man on the stage. A big thanks for the banners, they are much appreciated!
Someone arrived early and hung yellow ribbons everywhere.
They have an American flag that is about 50 feet by 40 feet. Children of military personnel serving in the Middle East have written notes to their parents on the stripes of this flag. A very touching thing to behold.
The HOT Chapter booth is being unloaded right now. The will sell buttons made by Angelwood to help off set costs.
Someone rented the Community Center for our use so there is access to AC. However, they also have 10 tents set up. And there is a Moonwalk for the kiddos.
To top everything else there is BBQ on the grill! Basil is the official taster and says it is great!
That is all the news I have at the moment. It is hard to get a cell phone connection to Crawford but when I hear more I will try to update everyone.
This is reverberating everywhere. Remember, and take joy in remembering... the libbies believe in harmonic convergence. The conservative symphonic "harmonics" emanating from Crawford today were bouncing everywhere. And without the MSM "eye". And beyond the reach of the MSM eye.
And, look at this from a terrorists' point of view.. some of those murdering terrorists are fairly conniving and sharp. I can just see them, everytime the MSM broadcasts another "sheehanigan", them looking at each other and saying.. "That woman's an idiot. I gotta support HER?"
Cindy was the best the liberals had to offer (while they were hiding behind Cindy's tent shorts and tent flaps), and how exactly, ahem, do you think the AQ and Taliban are taking that? They are to be supporting a looney female? That, that looney female represents the best that their allies in the US can come up with?
And then flash again to the families and family members of those in Crawford today, who spoke lovingly of the soldiers they'd lost in the mission of freedom, which they believed in, and honored.. I doubt there's a single freedom-loving person in Iraq or Afghanistan who isn't right on that stage in spirit with those who spoke.
What's been going on for years is that the liberals counts heavily upon MSM support. Conservatives do not. We've found ways to reach out around the world to find each other. And we have.
Yes, the MSM did a SUPERB job, IMHO, of delivering the liberal message to our enemies -- those terrorists abroad -- you must follow and support "her". Cindy Sheehan.
Can you imagine how Saudi Leaders, leaders in Egypt, and Libya must be viewing the "spokeswoman" for The Democratic Party of America?
I'm sure lots of phone calls between leaders of different countries are definitely occurring and have been these past few weeks. Perhaps some shifts in whom these leaders are aligning with. Democrats? Republicans. Period.

Sheesh! None of the cable networks are covering this. There are hundreds of thousands of people at risk, and all they can focus on is Cindy Sheehan!

You're right. Even Al Jazeera is getting more balanced, they realize she's too stupid to be real and probably a Bush trick on them.
That was Daryl Ankarlo, morning host on Dallas' KLIF. His son *is* a Marine in sniper training, but he also was in Fallujah for the big battle. The son will soon be deploying again, but this time in the "reach out and touch someone" role.
G-d bless you. My only concern, though, is giving C.S. (rhymes with B.S.) too much attention. Having a counterdemonstration, while patriotic, may be dignifying her in a way. To me, she's not worth even spitting at.

And of JOAN BAEZ too, unfortunately, with repeat TV showings of her singing against BUSH.
Suggest our getting a Guitar Singer up there as well for a counter,
...just for the TV Networks' sake.
