With the President back at his Crawford ranch, the anti-war protest right outside his ranch is getting a lot more media attention. ABC7 looks at who is financing the operation and who's providing on-the-ground support.

The camp at Crawford is full of Cindy Sheehan supporters, people from all walks of life. But off to the side are a small group of professionals, skilled in politics and public relations who are marketing her message.

Cindy Sheehan kneels before a cross with her son's name on it, touches his picture, wipes her tears. It's an outpouring of emotion that is part of a scheduled news event organized daily for the television radio and print reporters who crowd in to capture a mother's grief.

I heard that today she called the terrorist in Iraq...freedom fighters. This woman gives dumb people a bad name.

Organizers are set up in this house trailer. Their meetings are closed to reporters.

Leading the group is Fenton Communications employee Michele Mulkey, based in San Francisco. Fenton specializes in public relations for liberal non profits.

Their bills are being paid by True Majority, a non-profit set up by Ben Cohen, of Ben and Jerry's ice cream fame.

Cohen's liberal group has teamed up with Berkeley-based moveon.org, an anti-Bush group co-founded by Joan Blades.

Earlier this month, MoveOn.org helped organize anti-war vigils in support of Cindy Sheehan. Current Democratic National Party chair Howard Dean's organization, Democracy for America, is also involved. As is the more radical anti-war group Code Pink, organized by San Francisco's Medea Benjamin.

Money donated through these groups and others is helping to pay for Gold Star families whose children have been killed in Iraq to attend anti-Bush protests.

This week, Simi Valley, California Gold Star wife Melanie House flew to Idaho for a protest and then flew to Crawford.

Reporter: "Can you tell us if you're getting help in airfare to come down here?"

There is real reluctance to talk about whose paying.

Cindy Sheehan, We the public are aware of what you really are, and what kind of mother you weren't- by abandoning your son during the years of his childhood.

We know that John Kerry supported the killer's of Casey, Al-Sadr and his band of murders, who killed Casey and 19 others just days before John Kerry publicly announced that he considered his actions valid.

The public knows that even though you were aware of what he did, John Kerry's Campaign contacted you and offered you and your daughter money to go on his campaign tour, which you accepted without hesitation.

You were then paid to "star" in advertisements. The weeping on demand for the camera "mother". We know that Your son was proud of his country, proud of his service, and supported the actions taken by the president. In fact, he reenlisted, and helped others to enlist as well.

We know he didn't care for you and your activist agenda.

We know that he never grabbed your leg and kissed your ass, and said, "I wuv you mommy" although that is what you like. If anything, that's the last childhood memory you have of him, he was grabbing your leg trying to stop you from abandoning him. Maybe he was even willing to kiss your ass too, but that didn't stop you. It's shame you turned that horrible memory into a delusional lie. You are a fraud.

We know that he didn't even call you "mom", because that's something you never were to him.

It's shameful that you dishonor him in this way, as well as dishonor every other who volunteered for duty. You are empowering the enemy, encouraging them to kill more of our sons and daughters. There is blood on your hands Cindy.

You should apologize to the people of America, explain to them how John Kerry and his groups of anti war, anti America people took advantage of your mental disabilities and recruited you to dishonor your son and lie your countrymen.

Then go seek mental help with the money they paid you.

As to her comment today about Bin Laden being an "alleged" terrorist. More lies. He has indicated himself through the videos AL Quida has put out to the world, that it was "his" operation that brought 911 upon us.
