I'm not the biggest Hannity fan, but what he just did to Paul Begala was a work of art.
Begala started off with his "Bush is a liar" rhetoric, and Hannity read him a bunch of quotes, to which Begala said were lies, lies, lies.
Then, Hannity told him the truth, that all the quotes came from John Kerry, not George Bush.
Begala was caught so read handed, that he actually said that Kerry's mistake was in believing Bush's lies. Then he tried to attack Hannity for inviting him on his show and lying to him.
I have to give it to Sean Hannity this time, he made Begala look like a blithering idiot.
Does anybody know about this claim being made on Hannity's radio show that DU posters are making death threats against Melanie Morgan?
I cannot stand Arianna, even when she was a Pubbie she was an idiot. I am glad the left suffers with her now. If I were Sean I would ask her why she is so mean and nasty in the last few years, and then ask her is it because her ex Husband prefers men to her, or because she is a Democrat and that is what they are.
That's one of the reasons I quit, too. He's like a broken record-over and over again. No new 'words'. No research.
Although I would have liked to see the 'forehead' turn red, and heard begala go hamana, hamana, hamana!
Nah, he's pulled the same trick before only they were Clinton quotes. I'm actually suprised that Paul fell for it.
Yeah, I'm surprised when they fall for it. I've seen him do it a lot. It always makes the libs look real stupid.
That makes sense. Every country that has ever adopted leftist ideology has quickly become a catastrophe, but lefist keep advocating more.
"I have to give it to Sean Hannity this time, he made Begala look like a blithering idiot."
Don't want to minimize Sean's victory, but making Begala look like a blithering idiot is sort of like saying that Niagara Falls is filled with water.
I would like to see someone put a bisquit on Begala's head and a watermelon on Carvile's gut. LOL. You know why the dumbocrats are so easy to sucker punch is because they are so filled with hate and rage it keeps them off their game and not very attentive.
Thanks! It's just getting so irritating when I see good conservatives taking hits from keyboard commandos who couldn't hold a candle to some of our media heroes. And then we wonder why media doesn't want to plug FR?
It's juvenile and it proves that we are good at shooting ourselves in the foot.
Naaaaa. He always does the "Who said this....?" schtick.
I'm surprised (and happy) Begala fell for it.
"THANK YOU, CLANCY J! It's about time we STOP bashing media conservatives on FR.
They would give us all sorts of free plugs if we'd just shut the hell up and quit trashing them!
I agree with you and Clancy.
Any republican who takes on the liberals and does it in large broadcast media, is doing the work that most of us FReepers cannot do. We should be thankful."
I completely agree..............and, Hannity is also a good man.
< So Sean announced that the quotes were Bush's before he read them and then told The Forehead the truth (that they were Kerry's) after he read them. >
I've seen Sean do this a lot of times. It would be very unusual for him to attribute them before hand. He usually says, "listen to these quotes". He does set it up so that the guest infers that someone in paricular said them.
How much of a show would anyone have if all they had on was People totally agreeing with one another? Another aspect is, if Sean is not buddy buddy they won't come on so he can make them look like the losers they are. His audience is growing and he has the Libs on to show their thorny, wacko, clueless side for all to see. Great job Sean.
