I've seen Sean do this a lot of times. It would be very unusual for him to attribute them before hand. He usually says, "listen to these quotes". He does set it up so that the guest infers that someone in paricular said them.

I listen to Hannity on a regular basis, but I must note one thing. Am I the only one who is getting really bored with that whole "Sean, you're a great American" nonsense?
It gets really silly after a while..
