"Ughhh..."
I know, I know, my daschund is my boy, too. My friends react the same as you. :)
This guy sounds like one pathetic loser on a crazy power trip. He isn't even a cop anymore and he's trying to arrest people for what he thinks is animal cruelty. This township needs to make the message very clear to this guy: "You are not a cop...you're just an idiot, who is now going to get sued"
I also have two "daughters", Mollie and Gigi. They go everywhere with me when possible.
McGreevey was the Mayor here before becoming governor.
Never thought I'd say it, but the cops in this country are criminals.
WTF is a Dept of Human Services police officer?
LOL! I've got two daughters - a 12 year old girl, and a two year old Chihuahua/Sheltie.
My dog would simply be referred to as "my bitch."
Hell, my car is my girl...treated me better than any woman has yet.
incoming mail...
Something tells me Woodbridge has liberal gun control. But imagine if the woman had wielded a 9mm in his face...or some mace...
In other words, he is a CPS loser thug who can no longer get a job as a real cop, and displays the typical attitude of any CPS employee.
I have a daschund also....her name is Sadie...and she is my baby.
false imprisonment
kidnapping
assault
battery
false arrest
impersonating a law enforcement officer
negligent infliction of emotional distress
intentional infliction of emotional distress
negligent destruction of property (doggie-dog)
making false accusations to law enforcement (false charge)
Being a policeman is the next best thing.
I couldn't just walk by.
Someone who can't get a real job.
It's a very poorly written article on the question of whether he is a police officer or not. He was fired from the local police years ago. At one point, when he shoves his victim against the car, the reporter calls him "state Department of Human Services Police Officer Stephen Sexton."
I don't know what the hell that means. Evidently he is not a regular state police officer, but some sort of security person attached to the Department of Human Services. I don't know why that gives him jurisdiction to arrest a citizen for having a dog in her car.
