This guy sounds like one pathetic loser on a crazy power trip. He isn't even a cop anymore and he's trying to arrest people for what he thinks is animal cruelty. This township needs to make the message very clear to this guy: "You are not a cop...you're just an idiot, who is now going to get sued"

I also have two "daughters", Mollie and Gigi. They go everywhere with me when possible.

Never thought I'd say it, but the cops in this country are criminals.

I have no problem with you referring to your dogs as son and daughter. If you start referring to them as your wife or husband, then I have a problem.

My dog would simply be referred to as "my bitch."

Something tells me Woodbridge has liberal gun control. But imagine if the woman had wielded a 9mm in his face...or some mace...

Department of Human Services Police Officer Stephen Sexton

In other words, he is a CPS loser thug who can no longer get a job as a real cop, and displays the typical attitude of any CPS employee.

All I've ever said is that police work draws a lot of people who are themselves criminals, with the exception being that they're too chickenshit to be a *real* criminal.

Being a policeman is the next best thing.

Sounds like this guy has a self esteem problem...as in too much self esteem? The guy is a out-of-contol lunatic and a danger to civil society.

It's a very poorly written article on the question of whether he is a police officer or not. He was fired from the local police years ago. At one point, when he shoves his victim against the car, the reporter calls him "state Department of Human Services Police Officer Stephen Sexton."

I don't know what the hell that means. Evidently he is not a regular state police officer, but some sort of security person attached to the Department of Human Services. I don't know why that gives him jurisdiction to arrest a citizen for having a dog in her car.
