To the editor:
One would think that the president of the United States holds the most stressful job ever. Isn't it wonderful that our pompous president is in such excellent condition healthwise? And why not? His eligible daughters aren't in Iraq protecting our country like so many others, more than 1,800 who have given their lives for a war that he started.
With a smirk on his face, he says, "We will stay the course." Who is "we?" Not him or his family. Heck no. He's on a month's vacation. If he's so gung-ho about this war, show us some guts and send your kids to the front lines. This war is not being won; the insurgents just keep on coming. And terrorism has gotten much worse since he began this senseless war.
Then, too, he has no worry about health insurance. Boy, is he covered, not like the millions who have none. And what about the poor, the homeless and those who barely eke out a living? It's not his problem. Why worry? Go on vacation. Imagine a month's vacation. No wonder he's in such good condition. And while he's gone, who's minding the store? The other pompous snake?
I would think that if Dubya likes Texas so much, he should stay there and let one who has the total concern of our nation and its people take his place. In history, I believe this president will be judged the worst ever.

But it IS "ad-hominem filled liberal garbage". You said it yourself!
BTW, how can someone "send" their adult children to Iraq when the military is 100% volunteer, and even when there was a draft, parents still couldn't "send" their adult children into the military?
Do you think that parents should be able to make life and death decisions and force their adult children to do things?
That's an odd position for a liberal.

I know how to get images... I was just making a stupid remark. Diameter is important but, the 175 was impressive for its length, it also had the greatest range of any U.S. artillery piece. Remember Atomic Annie?
Although retired, the 175 had some legendary exploits during WW2. They were used in direct fire to smash the German fortress at Metz. The Siegfried Line was under gunned, mostly just interlocking machine gun towers. The 175's would be wheeled up, sighted on a tower, fire and repeat.

When vacationing in Massachusetts, Clinton would fly in and out of Edwards AFB down over on the Cape and I was unaffected. The western suburbs of Boston were the Clintons' ATM, they were up here groveling for money from the ditzy rich (celebs, athletes, heiresses, and that ilk) all the time. I used to work in Bedford near Hanscom AFB, which was where they would fly in and out of.
Now George H. W. Bush was up here pretty often, (his sister lives in Lincoln )and he could get in and out with a minimum of fuss. For some reasons the Clintons seem to have a huge blast radius. I think it may have had something to do with the times he chose to show up and size of his coterie. Admittedly, Reagan only came to Boston once as President (around 1983) and pretty much closed down everything around him. He did carry Massachusetts in 1984. Hehehe...

I'd actually like to see you freepers dispute the points in a post like this for once, instead of just dismissing it as ad-hominem filled liberal garbage.I would dispute your points, if you made any... All your posting is, is nothing more than ad hominem filled liberal garbage, nothing more than discarded talking points faxed out from DNC Communist Central HQ!
Oh, if only I could have gotten in before the zot!
