Cindy Sheehan's exploitation of her son's death, (for that is what it is) has grabbed international headlines. It has made her a spokesperson for the far Left. She is playing for sympathy, but her message isn't that of a grieving mother, but of a grieving Democrat mourning the loss of the White House to the GOP.Sheehan has her own recipe for peace with the terrorists -- one that sounds hauntingly familiar. According to Sheehan, first, America must pull out of Iraq, abandon those Iraqis who supported the US to their fate at the hands of the insurgency. She has told reporters she doesn't believe the war was about weapons of mass destruction or fighting terror or freeing the Iraqi people. It was about oil, she said, and making Bush's friends rich.
I had a nice dinner tonight... somehow I ain't feeling that well. The more I read about this woman the more I dislike her. She's not being honest, and she's using her son's death to satisfy her own leftist agenda and monetary reasons. The more she pulls this moronic stunt the more she'll make money in the future, whether through books or movies.
I agree completely. She was not saying these things a year ago. I think it's possible that someone has brainwashed this woman.

Saying things like "Get Israel out of Palestine" and other leftist garbage erodes her credibility. It's a damn shame she is getting so much airtime and the rest of her family, who have released a statement opposing her actions, has been ingnored by the MSM. Disgraceful.... isn't it!!
Yes, it is. But her main goal right now is avoid paying taxes. She says that if the government comes after her for back taxes, she will keep this up - kinda like blackmail if you ask me.
Wasn't there a report that she hasn't paid taxes in years... before her son's death? I believe that her son is a hero... as all others who have fallen. It's a damn shame that she is using the memory of this hero for political purposes. We seem to learn more and more about her each day. I believe her husband has now filed for divorce if what I've read is true.
