Yes, it is. But her main goal right now is avoid paying taxes. She says that if the government comes after her for back taxes, she will keep this up - kinda like blackmail if you ask me.
Wasn't there a report that she hasn't paid taxes in years... before her son's death? I believe that her son is a hero... as all others who have fallen. It's a damn shame that she is using the memory of this hero for political purposes. We seem to learn more and more about her each day. I believe her husband has now filed for divorce if what I've read is true.
