In our continued effort to bring music themes that you want, we continue this week with our Canteen voted thread of One Hit Wonders!

This list was compiled from various sources. Some of you may disagree with an artist showing up in our One Hit Wonders list, but that's okay. We're not here to state that we are the authority on such matters. We're here to enjoy some music from popular artist (although, not popular for long) of their respective music eras.

There are many artists/songs that are considered One Hit Wonders. However, we don't have all day and night to list them. We've gotta sleep now and again! Hehehe!

That is beautiful. It looks a little like the "Peace" rose. My hubby bought me one of those for my anniversary this year. I have hinted for years that a rose bush would be so much more meaningful than a bouquet of dying cut flowers. He finally got it! LOL! But I still want a true yellow. And once I had one called "Arizona" that was the colors of a desert sunset---it was georgous!!

I once had a bunny visit often and eat under my bird feeder. I was afraid bunny would enjoy my roses and plants but he seemed to be happy with seed. My kids and I named him and loved seeing him. LOL! I miss Bunny. ;) I have a fence now. Whew. I had a deer eat a holly to almost nothing. :)

There is one called Elina. I'm going to try it next year. That one is a very pretty yellow. I should also get the Peace Rose. I have seen it in nurseries and it is beautiful. Very hardy from what I read too. Awesome Hubby found went out of his way to find that for you!! Good man :) LOL!

We have some odd mixed breed rabbits here.
Someones pet domestic rabbit got loose, and the cottontail population here now sports floppy ears and arched markings on their sides.

Though they still look like cottontails.
Truly odd.

Yeah, he's a pretty good guy, even if he won't go anywhere with me without being threatened! That's nearly what I had to do to get him to go with me to the funeral. I just made him feel guilty! Whatever it takes sometimes! I'll look for the Elina rose at out nursery!....maybe I'll get it next year! hee-hee! Right now my Peace is fairly small, but it has had quite a few blooms considering it is so new.
