That is beautiful. It looks a little like the "Peace" rose. My hubby bought me one of those for my anniversary this year. I have hinted for years that a rose bush would be so much more meaningful than a bouquet of dying cut flowers. He finally got it! LOL! But I still want a true yellow. And once I had one called "Arizona" that was the colors of a desert sunset---it was georgous!!

There is one called Elina. I'm going to try it next year. That one is a very pretty yellow. I should also get the Peace Rose. I have seen it in nurseries and it is beautiful. Very hardy from what I read too. Awesome Hubby found went out of his way to find that for you!! Good man :) LOL!

A few of my yellow favorites are Gina Lollobrigida (100+ petals), and St. Patrick (incredibly long lasting blooms). Helmut Schmidt is is a very prolific bloomer, but fades in heat, and short duration for blooms.
