The family of American soldier Casey Sheehan, who was killed in Iraq on April 4, 2004, has broken its silence and spoken out against his mother Cindy Sheehan's anti-war vigil against George Bush held outside the president's Crawford, Texas ranch.
The following email was received by the DRUDGE REPORT from Casey's aunt and godmother:
Our family has been so distressed by the recent activities of Cindy we are breaking our silence and we have collectively written a statement for release. Feel free to distribute it as you wish. Thanks Ð Cherie
In response to questions regarding the Cindy Sheehan/Crawford Texas issue: Sheehan Family Statement:
The Sheehan Family lost our beloved Casey in the Iraq War and we have been silently, respectfully grieving. We do not agree with the political motivations and publicity tactics of Cindy Sheehan. She now appears to be promoting her own personal agenda and notoriety at the the expense of her son's good name and reputation. The rest of the Sheehan Family supports the troops, our country, and our President, silently, with prayer and respect.

I hope Cindy enjoys the company of bloodsuckers like Michael Moore - decent people wont have anything to do with her anymore - not even family.
I feel sorry for Cindy in that the Left, led by Michael Mooreon, have used her vulnerable grieving state of mind to pump her full of their hatred and doctrine. I truly beleive they practically brainwashed her then sent her out into the spotlight to spew out what they programmed into her.
I just heard her speaking on the radio news. She sounds either drugged or mentally deranged.

The family sent this letter to major media outlets. It was read by Melanie Morgan (moveAmericaforward.com) on KSFO, San Francisco this morning.
Of course ABC radio is airing what Shehan's saying on the news minute but do not cover the rest of the family's statements.
Another blatant example of MSM bias and use of their Vietnam war blue prints. Too bad for them, there is alternative media!
What I wish is that her husband would go to Crawford and confront those who have lead her down this path (right in front of the media so they could not gloss over it.)

Me too, I feel sorry for her. Can't imagine losing my son (who is a precious 4 years old right now) and what that grief would do to me. And to have people try to take advantage for a political agenda is reprehensible.

My condolences go to all of them, but not to her.
I feel so sorry for Casey and his memory.
