I feel sorry for Cindy in that the Left, led by Michael Mooreon, have used her vulnerable grieving state of mind to pump her full of their hatred and doctrine. I truly beleive they practically brainwashed her then sent her out into the spotlight to spew out what they programmed into her.
Me too, I feel sorry for her. Can't imagine losing my son (who is a precious 4 years old right now) and what that grief would do to me. And to have people try to take advantage for a political agenda is reprehensible.
I feel sorry for her in that she lost her son. But, I don't think she's been led to this by being vulnerable in her grief. I think she welcomed the chance her son's death gave her to be in the limelight amongst her lefty friends.
You only have to look at Paul Wellstone's "memorial" to see that the left has no compunction about using the death of a loved one if it will help push their political agenda.
I suspect she was left leaning before her son was killed in Iraq; it just doesn't ring true that she jumped headfirst into fullblown leftwing lunacy, DU talking points and all, even given the shock of her son's tragic death, without having been somewhat liberal to begin with.
The more media attention Sheehan gets, the more outrageous her remarks become in order to keep the cameras rolling; as she whores for the cameras she is digging herself deeper and deeper into a sewage ditch that she may want to climb out of one day. And that won't be easy.
