I hope it's Condi running against Hill. There's not much Hill can do to trump the race issue. She can go to church and say she supports the troops to get elected but anything she says against Condi could be interpreted as racial.

They know it's a lie when Dems say it, and that's their
primary reference point. They don't grok people who
actually mean what they say.

Push comes to shove though, if it looks like the GOP
nom might fall to a villain like McCain (or anyone
sure to lose to Hillary), Condi might suck it up and
run anyway.

Look for Cheney to retire in '06, opening the door for Condi to become VP. From that perch, she is better positioned for a Presidential run.

I don't think Condi's apparent life-long lack of a personal life will pass the smell test with the 'morality' crowd who came out in force for Bush. While having the first black confirmed bachelorette on the ticket would be a great coup for the GOP, and a heck of a mind game on the Rats, I think it could rapidly turn into a noble train wreck.

And for those who will claim that I'm being crude or unfair, they should look ahead and see what the MSM will be legitamately trying to dig up as they try to paint a portrait of the candidates as human beings.

I think this would be a loss, to our party and our nation, especially since I believe that she is celibate and not gay, and as such a powerful example for young people.

Ignorant MicCain would be better as Hillary's running mate. He is such a flaming RINO. Carpet-bagging Rudy should stay in New York, he can do better good there. I vote for Condi/Rummy or Rummy/Condi, heck, I'd settle for a Condi/Coulter mix of some sort! Internationally Condi is the better pick. Ignorant Mic is too much a bur in the repubs side.

Again, the NY Post (Murdoch's baby) is out there pimping for the candidates most likely to get clobbered by Hillary. Don't forget about the recent connections between Murdoch and the Clintons. Everything his news outlets blabber about should be taken with a truckload of salt.
