A witness saw Joran and the Kalpoe brothers in the car. Joran was driving, while one Kalpoe brother was in the passenger seat and the other brother in the back seat. Joran and the Kalpoe brothers tried to hide themselves when they rode by the witness.

I was in the market yesterday and noticed that two tabloids had articles on how Natalee was murdered. Have you had a chance to look at these (flimsy?) allegations?

GR: Jos, Thanks for being with us. Tell us about this guy, tell us about what he told you.

JM: Well our people have been searching for the past 3 1/2 weeks for the identity of this witness that we heard about because of a domino game that took place in the prison of Aruba in which one of the Kalpoe brothers participated. Friday they were finally, uh he was finally found and uh speaking to our people he said that ah, between 2:30 and 3:00 in the morning that Natalee disappeared. He was driving by the Racquet Ball Club to go to his home and he saw the Kalpoe car parked there with Joran in the drivers seat, one of the Kalpoe brothers beside him, and the other Kalpoe brother in the back. They did not see Natalee with them, but ah when he drove by very slowly and very close to them, Joran tired to hide his face with his hand and one of the Kalpoe brothers who was in the back just threw himself on the seat so as to not be seen. But (unaudible - sounds like he says Deback) saw all three of them. Friday our people took him after a lot of convincing, because he was afraid... took him to the (unaudible - half?) quarters of the police at (ooo-Bali?) and there he did repeat word for word everything he told us and he signed his declaration. So this places Joran and the Kalpoe brothers within 2:30 and 3:00 at a spot where they were not suppose to be at, at that time. (overtalk)

GR: Jossy how credible is this person and this is not the reward money speaking is it?

JM: No No No... there's is no reward involved here. It's just at his own free will make that statement to us after we heard about him from that domino game in the prison because when one of the other guys was playing with this Kalpoe brother, one of them - don't know which one - told him, "listen my gardener saw you and the other 2 guys by the back of the club between 2:30 and 3:00". He (Kalpoe) became very pale and he (Kalpoe) threw the dominoes on the table. So when we heard that story, our people began to search. We finally found him on Friday and he was convinced to be taken to the police were he laid out his declaration. This changes the whole story that they dropped Joran and Natalee to the beach, to the beach at the Marriott Club. There were between 2:30 and 3:00 at some other place nearby, within walking distance from the Marriott.

GR: But Natalee was not to be seen at least?

JM: No she was not to be seen in the car with them, no!

GR: Ladies and Gentleman at this point let me just give you a heads up we are going delve much more deeply into this potentially explosive new information. But I want Jossy to please stand by we are going to have much more coverage on Aruba including a live interviews and there live reactions to what this stunning news we just all heard together from Natalee's mom and step-dad and also we are going to bring in our own forensic expert Dr. Michael Baden. But first more breaking news (it was about the Brits shooting and killing that one guy)

Now Jossy and TJ are talking to Geraldo (I am not going cover what TJ said as most of it was easy to understand and was just a recap)

GR: Jos... just let me ask you if I could. Jossy this a... you know this development. This guy you swear by this guy. Can you tell us a little bit about who he is?

JM: What I can tell you is that ah he was very scared to go to the police. We had to do a lot of talking with him and after we explained to him that he nothing to fear then we took him in. We cannot identify him now because he is very vibrant witness for police. We don't want to do anything to hamper the investigation.

GR: Ok I understand... let me interrupt and go to Michael Baden... (Again I am not going to type in what he said as it is more talking head stuff)

Wasn't he the one who made the statement early on (several weeks into the disappearance?) that Natalee was spotted in a car on the island or in Venezuela...a car that was being tracked/followed? I'm real sketchy on details about this, but it seems to me that Jossy has made "breaking news" appearances in this case that have not panned out. Flame away if I'm off track here.

We have been working on this case since the first day, since then have picked up every piece of material, so they can have everything to put together this story. Tonight again we are on the road cause the team is following some suspect cars that we need for this story. Looks like we are going to have a nice finish for this story asap. His sources say they have moved already from where they were and they want to know exactly where they are going. She asks who do you think is moving Natalie and is he saying that he thinks she is alive? He says yes, of course. We are going in a group of 2 ladies, 3 gentlemen. One gentlemen knows a person who knows how to deal with drugs (not from Aruba) maybe from Venezuela or Columbia. The plan was to drive Natalee to columbia, but the latest news we have right now is that because the plan has failed 3 times already, they may try to reach Columbia before Venezuela. She asked what kind of condition he thinks she is in. He says that the police have their investigation going on, the press does too. We are going to all steps we can, we have put together a group to follow a car that we think are involved in this. We are working on a tip. Have not notified her family, we are working with the police.

Now having had some time to consider this information, I'm not sure I find it credible. Jossy is as suspicious to me as about everyone else involved.

I concur. There are things that just don't fit. Too often we get breaking news that is either retracted later or turned out to be untrue.

You have the Kalpoe's mother peaking into their rooms to see if they are there and checking on if the car is there, you have Geraldo supposedly using the wrong date repeatedly. Could the three have been near that raquet club the following morning? Is that where they were when the H/T's arrived at the Sloot home? Is that why they were together at the Sloot home when the H/T's returned?

Natalee approached the black jack table and introduces herself to everyone (which is proper southern custom) yet when Joran tries to speak with her at C and C's she won't talk to him? (Some southern custom).

Then he supposedly tries to speak with her again and she again rejects hims and he allegedly hits her with a closed fist.

...........MBHS guys shield Natalee from Joran when they see him hit her & tell him to take it outside.

........................MB kids say Natalee sticks close to friends & won’t even go to bathroom alone.

Yet, when they leave, Natalee leaves the group to join another further up ahead.

It just seems that for each piece of info there is conflicting info.

Others evidently, didn't think the scenario of Joran hitting Natalee in the bar made sense, so next we had people theorizing that he didn't hit her in the club, but in the car. I found this fascinating that the whole scenario was changed to fit the theories on the board.

Amazing isn't it?

I've taken my thoughts off this board, since the ones that have a different opinion are accused of all sorts of ulterior motives rather than some of us just don't see anything more than a circumstantial case. He may have done it, but I'm not dismissing the possibility someone else grabbed Natalee after Joran left.

If you are posting elsewhere on this topic could you freepmiail me where since I'd like to read your posts/thoughts.

OVER AND OVER last night, Fox kept repeating those videos of Natalee dancing in her cheerleading squad to the point of evincing obsessive, compulsive and disrespectful programming.

In addition, the repeated clips were distracting to the max. They were run constantly during interviews. When an interview is going on, particularly in a murder case, it's helpful to watch the interviewee's facial expressions and body language.

I hope tonight, the producers of the Natalee segments on all Fox's programs show some brains and taste.

Does Aruba law allow for plea bargaining?

If so, it seems to me that one of those guy's would break...especially if the authorities were getting close.
