GR: Jos, Thanks for being with us. Tell us about this guy, tell us about what he told you.
JM: Well our people have been searching for the past 3 1/2 weeks for the identity of this witness that we heard about because of a domino game that took place in the prison of Aruba in which one of the Kalpoe brothers participated. Friday they were finally, uh he was finally found and uh speaking to our people he said that ah, between 2:30 and 3:00 in the morning that Natalee disappeared. He was driving by the Racquet Ball Club to go to his home and he saw the Kalpoe car parked there with Joran in the drivers seat, one of the Kalpoe brothers beside him, and the other Kalpoe brother in the back. They did not see Natalee with them, but ah when he drove by very slowly and very close to them, Joran tired to hide his face with his hand and one of the Kalpoe brothers who was in the back just threw himself on the seat so as to not be seen. But (unaudible - sounds like he says Deback) saw all three of them. Friday our people took him after a lot of convincing, because he was afraid... took him to the (unaudible - half?) quarters of the police at (ooo-Bali?) and there he did repeat word for word everything he told us and he signed his declaration. So this places Joran and the Kalpoe brothers within 2:30 and 3:00 at a spot where they were not suppose to be at, at that time. (overtalk)
GR: Jossy how credible is this person and this is not the reward money speaking is it?
JM: No No No... there's is no reward involved here. It's just at his own free will make that statement to us after we heard about him from that domino game in the prison because when one of the other guys was playing with this Kalpoe brother, one of them - don't know which one - told him, "listen my gardener saw you and the other 2 guys by the back of the club between 2:30 and 3:00". He (Kalpoe) became very pale and he (Kalpoe) threw the dominoes on the table. So when we heard that story, our people began to search. We finally found him on Friday and he was convinced to be taken to the police were he laid out his declaration. This changes the whole story that they dropped Joran and Natalee to the beach, to the beach at the Marriott Club. There were between 2:30 and 3:00 at some other place nearby, within walking distance from the Marriott.
GR: But Natalee was not to be seen at least?
JM: No she was not to be seen in the car with them, no!
GR: Ladies and Gentleman at this point let me just give you a heads up we are going delve much more deeply into this potentially explosive new information. GR: Jos... just let me ask you if I could. Jossy this a... you know this development. This guy you swear by this guy. Can you tell us a little bit about who he is?
JM: What I can tell you is that ah he was very scared to go to the police. We had to do a lot of talking with him and after we explained to him that he nothing to fear then we took him in. We cannot identify him now because he is very vibrant witness for police. We don't want to do anything to hamper the investigation.

One reason is the changing stories of the three suspects. I doubt they would've have come up with the first story if they thought she was alive and would show up and prove them to be liars.
