Welcome to TGIF at the Finest!   We hope you've been having as much fun as we have with our essays and/or spotlight on various FReepers. From the beginning, we've been kicking back on Saturdays and Sundays and simply reviewing the features of the week; our weekend threads now start on Friday and continue through Sunday. As a photographer I knew you would want to see them, Jeff. When I hear of something going on , first thing I want - PICTURES!!! (maybe you could email them to Amy's hubby???)

I am meeting Amy either Wed/Thurs & will get her a CD of all my pix for Lori. I did work on the touch up of one of the participant's teenage ache bummer ! I usually take hundereds of pix.. but didn't this time.. busy talking/catching up

I do have photoshop6 & can do a few basic things with it but am more confident with picture it. Used the paintbrush, matched skin, enlarged to pixel size & did it pixel by pixel

here is another pix of group "EATING".. what we all do best (next to talking)! We were in a very shaded area, I lightened them up a bit (originals will be on the disk for Lori)...

Just got back from couple hour walk after church with oliver. Pouring rain/thunder/lightening.. so we are both pretty soaked right now but had a wonderful walk & he ran & found a few things to chase. Also found "something" grouse to roll in & so we had a nice "scented" bath upon return home.

We Got Wounded

The Summer we got wounded,
Things had been going well,
Until I got my hand hurt,
And then my Dear Wife fell.

Friend Gabrielle took a tumble,
I thought it was all done,
Then Buddy Russ got punctured,
It seemed like everyone!

We all were getting injured,
I think I now know why.
We sympathize with soldiers,
Who give that valiant try.

We think about them constantly,
Out sweating in the sun,
We need to concentrate right here,
While work is being done!

They do their work more carefully,
Although they think of us.
I wouldn’t want distractions,
As they remember me, or Russ.

Let’s all just be more careful now,
And watch your steps real close.
There’s plenty of pain to go around,
Who needs another dose?

Just catching up on all the posts. Dolly I think Domania's down, your pictures aren't showing up and one of mine isn't either so it must be our storage site. Will keep checking back until they show up.
