In my opinion, this last 15 minutes of O'Reilly should have been cut, since it is out of date. They are going to talk about who Bush needs to nominate. Bet Roberts isn't even mentioned.

Caller making a good point with Laura -- though Ginsberg was far left when she was appointed by Bubba, Pubbies did not filibuster and she was confirmed overwhelmingly.

This time Fred Thompson and Ed Gillispe are in charge of confirmation and saying should go through, notwithstanding Dims.

Wazzup with O'Reilly?

He just introduced his next segment:
"WHO will Bush nominate to the Supreme Court...we'll talk about it when we come back".

This show had to have been taped this morning! I always thought the Factor was live.

So now the dance starts. We'll all hear how Roberts ( or any other nominee ) is a hazard to the ozone layer, will put all women in chastity belts, and destroy every minority. Thank God for a balanced media. /sarcasm

The Dems won't be happy with anything less than a hardcore leftist, or a wishy washy moderate who constantly makes their own law instead of following the Constitution.

Appellate court judge Roberts is Bush pick

BREAKING NEWS NBC, MSNBC and news services Updated: 8:23 p.m. ET July 19, 2005

WASHINGTON - President Bush chose federal appeals court judge John G. Roberts Jr. on Tuesday as his first nominee for the Supreme Court, selecting a rock-solid conservative whose nomination could trigger a tumultuous battle over the direction of the nation’s highest court, senior administration officials said. ...

I love it when a plan comes together!!!

Agreed, one of the things I hate about FOX is they always stick to the scheduled nightly lihe-up.

Patricia Heaton is not only very pro-life, she walked out on a televised music awards show where she was a presenter because of over-the-top vulgarity.

Big difference between Estrada and J.R. Brown.

Are you thinking Gonzales and J.R. Brown? Estrada is pretty bona fide.

"This show had to have been taped this morning! I always thought the Factor was live."

Lately it's been taped. O'Reilly has been in Boston recently and they taped the shows earlier in the afternoon vs. a live broadcast.
