Gosh, you're a moron. Rove went out of his way to motivate religious conservatives to vote in 2004. And, it WAS the gay marriage issue that was one of the great motivators in getting many that did sit out in 2000 to the ballot box.

I thought people said yesterday all her cases had to do with maritime.

They did, among tons of other "She's not the right one" drivel that was posted.

That ought to tell us something; people here are actively working against our agenda.

Read the law again, carefully, and then ask the moderator to delete your statement. Chapter 272: Section 19 Procuring miscarriage

unlawfully administers to her, or advises or prescribes for her, or causes any poison, drug, medicine or other noxious thing to be taken by her or, with the like intent, unlawfully uses any instrument or other means whatever, or, with like intent, aids or assists therein, shall, if she dies in consequence thereof, be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than five nor more than twenty years; and, if she does not die in consequence thereof, by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than seven years and by a fine of not more than two thousand dollars.

Please, point out for me where this law makes abortion a felony in the state of Mass.

I wanted it shifted to the right as well. But the question is how best to do that. I believe Roe should be gradually chipped away at until there is no pro abortion constituency left.

The ONLY way to do that is to overturn Roe and let the people decide the issue. It's called democracy. Overturing Roe will restore the democratic process and end judiciary tyranny.

Catholic and a Member of the Federalist Society is good news, in my humble Catholic, Federalist Society member opinion.,

Ditto! Just look at the Catholics we have on the Supreme Court now...er Scalia, Thomas, and Kennedy. Then there is Rehnquist, a Lutheran, who I consider the closest denomination to Catholics than any other.

Cool, but I think the battle on our side is over now, we have to sit and wait. I think the President likes watching everyone meltdown! LOL, He has a mean streak!

Rove went out of his way to motivate religious conservatives to vote in 2004.

He sure did -- and as Michael Barone said in U.S. News & World Report, they STILL didn't turn out in any significant larger numbers; they voted in the same numbers they did in 2000.

It was the Hispanics.

Please stick to the facts. That statement implies no more, no less, than she is not an activist. To state action otherwise in official capacity as an appelate court Judge would denote activism. Some may welcome activism in the Judiciary, I do not.

The question that needs to be answered is not how she views established precedent as an appelate Judge. The question that needs to be answered is how she views precedent as a Supreme Court Justice.

Keep your fingers crossed and hope Bush nominated Edith Hollan Jones. Then, we won't have anything to worry about.

You try to make it sound as though anyone that disagrees with you about tactics is pro abortion. Not true. I'd support Jones without hesitation. I just don't believe that overturning Roe is good politics. I want to preserve the pub majority AND do away with abortion. The best way to do that is to chip away at it until there is no constituency left.
