Good morning Gabz.
Aha! I should have read the tagline. :-)
Howdy, Rus - all set for another busy week?
LOL!!!
Of course now that I have the opportunity to finish making my curtains, because I can't do much of anything else - the last thing I want to look at is that dang portable sewing machine :)
Good morning ALL.
This one..
Morning Gail..!
That's a heck of a big job you've got for yourself. Hope the weather holds.
I am looking forward to it, I haven't done an addition in a while.
I built a 24 x 30 garage last month, that was fun.
Supposed to be hazy, hot and humid again today, bleh...
At least it's not raining ;0
this leg of mine is definitely going to make some changes in our roofing and siding project schedules..sigh.
Not raining yet anyway..
I can't imagine you doing roofing and siding in your condition.
good morning all.. thanks for thread Rus.. and your plans look great!!! (for you neighbor).. nice to have that work on the table, I am sure.
Luv.. just a lovely post..graphic, words, table. nice work
Gabz - know you are soon going to be from the antsy stage to the crazy antsy stage. we are thinking of you.
Impossibly busy day here..
New thread will not be until the "wee hours" or morning. so ya'll play nice so Billie doesn't have to put anyone in the corner today!!

You're right.......it's going to be a while before I am doing much standing, let alone ladder climbing.
Thanks, Dolly. If I can just get through this week - I'll probably be alright. I think I'm supposed be cleared to go back to driving next week (fingers crossed)
I love that verse. And what a magnificent photo to go wiht it.
You set a gorgeous table there Mrs. N.
I'm doing better, thank you very much.
I had to call the orthopod this morning to schedule my followup from the surgery. I asked to speak to the nurse and gave my name, I was on hold for about 2 seconds, and she comes back and said we need to schedule you for a followup and I said that was why I was calling. Then she says, you don't live down here, with a question in her voice and I told her where I lived.
The office I went to last Wednesday is down by the hospital.....50 miles away. They scheduled my appointment for next Tuesday instead of Monday, so I only have to go 5 miles.........they have an office up here by me :)
A coice between an extra day with this splint instead of a real cast or having to tolerate the 100 mile round trip - I'll take the extra day!!!!!
That really made me feel better!!!
sorry for rambling - but I had just gotten off the phone when I read your post and was so excited, I had to tell someone!!!
Thanks!
They have been wonderful in their willingness to work around schedules. I've been shocked. Where we used to live, nothing like this would have ever happened.
