[history]
July 7, 2005 U.S. authorities tell ABC News that British police have recovered two unexploded bombs from the scene of the terror attacks in London.
In addition, British investigators say that parts of timing devices have been recovered from the blast scene that would have been used to detonate an explosive device. This could provide evidence that would help determine who was behind the attacks, sources told ABC News.

Look into the FRS/GMRS radio system as well - 5-10 mile range on FM.

If you want to consider a corrected term, intended to be more accurate, PC, more power to you.
All I know, is that I don't have a PC bone in my body, and I think it's amusing to be accused of that by anyone, no matter which side he comes from........

I don't know where these UXBs are, but cell phones don't work on the Underground Even in the shallowest parts of the cut-and-cover lines, or the stations thereof (many of which are actually above grade)?

oh yes, two thirds of the tube network is actually above ground, but very little of that is in Central London. Once you get into the deep tunnels you're on your own :-)

Don`t you remeber that big protest they did right before the Iraq invasion in Washington, they had all these speakers talking on the microphone, then there were a few speakers who they found out later were actually directly connected to Al-Qaeda. I`m not kidding, there was a guy who got up right after Ramsey Clarke who was an Al-Qaeda recruiter and financer. Give me time, I`ll get you the info (I save everything) because as you know, our press loves to brush this stuff immediately under the rug. I think there was even a Freeper thread on it if I`m not mistaken.

The fact is that these bomnbings probably had more to do with the fugly imam going on trial then it had to do with any particular country.
I'm extremely skeptical that it has anything to do with the iman at all. The anniversary of the publication of the document that established Jewish and Palestinian lands seems more likely but most likely of all is that it was the start of the G8 meetings. Terrorism wasn't the highlight; Al Queda reminds us that they are still at war with us.
But without a doubt, every nation is our enemy until they a) completely renounce terrorism and b) take active steps to capture, put on trial and kill the extremists who are out to kill us. And without doing a or b, the war on terror is against them. No safe harbor, no nation states turning a blind eye or supporting them outright.

There is this:
******************************************************************
Unholy Alliance by David Horowitz Regnery Publishing, Inc.; ISBN: 089526076X Hardcover - 256 pages (September 2004) In this tour de force on the most important issue of our time, David Horowitz, confronts the paradox of how so many Americans, including the leadership of the Democratic Party, could turn against the War on Terror. He finds an answer in a political Left that shares a view of America as the Great Satan with Americas radical Islamic enemies. This Left, which once made common cause with Communists, has now joined forces with radical Islam in attacking Americas defenses at home and its policies abroad. From their positions of influence in the university and media culture, leftists have defined America as the root cause of the attacks against it. In a remarkable exploration of the Mind of the Left, Horowitz traces the evolution of American radicalism from its Communist past to its anti-war present. He then shows how this Left was able to turn the Democratic Party presidential campaign around and reshape its views on the War on Terror.
Horowitzs Unholy Alliance, writes John Haynes, the noted historian of American Communism, is an insightful, brilliant examination of the mental world of the radical left. Horowitz shows how todays radicals, unwilling to reflect on the internal flaws that destroyed Marxism-Leninism from within, have embraced an all-consuming nihilism in its place. This has led them to a hatred of American institutions and a solidarity with Islamic terrorists that makes the radical left more properly regarded as dangerous than loony. Unholy Alliance is an eye-opening book that should unsettle conventional assumptions and reveals why intellectuals and political leaders who applaud Michael Moore are no laughing matter. As Harvey Klehr, author of Venona: Decoding Soviet Espionage in America, writes, The world Communist movement may be moribund, but its habits of mind and ideological fantasies have not disappeared. This is a fascinating and depressing account.

I've heard about them using the small area type for churches, theaters because people are too dumb to turn their phones off.

Now lets find those savages! They should be able to figure the mothers of some of those responsible -- 21st Century style.
Since they have proven the Shroud of Turin has pollen that only grew 2000 years ago around Jerusalem, the same scientific techniques can trace the bombers.

I'm also curious about the bomb on the bus. Since the others were all on trains, I'm wondering if that was supposed to be on a train as well, but for some reason the perp was delayed, or redirected, or some such.Ah, yes. What they call a "work accident."

I keep thinking how one sniper affected Washington D.C. and Maryland. Imagine what a multiple site subway bombing would do to the girly-minded United States.

Someone can be a homicide bomber just by putting a bomb somewhere where it kills someone. That is not an accurate description of the technique being used. Suicide bomber does actually describe the technique being used. Not only is homicide bomber a term someone came up with to put a spin on the subject, its a subject that simply did not need a spin put on it anyway because nobody got the wrong impression from the old term.

Thank you! I also have an actual article (articles) also that also name the actual Al Qaeda operatives who were at that protest in Washington. My files are so disorganized though, but I`ll get it by damn! I have all these articles put together in one folder about different subjects which was foolish. This was the protest in Washington in '03 if I am not mistaken. The press reported Al-Qaeda was at the protest and that was the last we ever heard of it.
By the way, here is something interesting I found that every liberal should read over and over before they go into this "illegal" stuff again..

Do you make a habit of wasting your time in such useless arguments?
I said, you can think whatever you want about it.........but from now on if you want to further your point, you'll be arguing with yourself, because I try not to waste my time in petty discussions.
Homicide bombers. That's what I'll continue to call them. They murder people.
