Attention all Freepers. My son-in-Law's unit in Iraq, the 141 Washington Artilary, has been alerted and will be monitoring this thread. We need to let them know how much true Americans (Freepers) appreciate what they are doing. Our goal is 1,000 messages posted here. Please help us make it happen.

I just put the kids to bed and they're safe and sound for another day. Thank you all for making that reality possible. God bless each and every one of the military and all of their families too. Godspeed in your missions and a safe return.
Dear American Military Guys 'n Gals serving abroad for the safety, security and freedom of The United States.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service, courage, sacrifice and hard work in defense of freedom and the security of America.
I'm an old Army brat, my dad was career Army (Airborne) and he was proud to serve. I know he would appreciate your service too.
Thank you, stay safe.
I do not have the words to fully express my gratitude. Let my poor attempt suffice. You are the best of the best. The most amazing fighting force the world has ever seen, and the most powerful force for good on the face of the earth. I stand in awe.
Thank God that you are doing the hard job of protecting us all.
Thank God that you have taken the battle from our home shores--where the enemy attacked Our Great Nation.
Thank You for your tremendous, difficult sacrifices!!
We'll never be able to repay you; but our love is what we can give you.
Sincerely!
We pray for you all and appreciate your service and sacrifice. May God Bless you all.
Give our enemy hell and come home safe.
Chuck

Today I took my doggie, Lola, for a long walk and we chased squirrels. I visited some friends. I worked out at the gym and shopped for some groceries for tomorrow when friends are coming to celebrate the Fourth of July.
It was just an ordinary type of day. And thanks to our military who defend our freedom and safety we are able to do that. I am very grateful to all of you....the finest, most fierce and yet compassionate military in the world. Your sacrifice is the most noble act that manifests the best values of our great country. Know that you are daily in our thoughts and prayers. We are so proud of you all!
Stay safe and Godspeed your return home!
Happy 4th of July. Tomorrow as we enjoy our B-B-Q and later fireworks. I'll be bending my elbow in a toast to your sacrifice and bravery.
Stay safe. God bless the United States of America.
P.S. Just tell me how many times I will need to bend that elbow to make sure I toast everyone. :-)
