First Grade Lesson Plan --- The Supreme Court

I. What is the Supreme Court
a. Nine justices (show pictures in robes; quote from Levin's MEN IN BLACK)
b. Where does it meet
c. When does it meet
d. It decides cases regarding Constitutional Issues (briefly explain the Constitution, the document the left wants to destroy)
e. Give the names of the current justices (explain which ones are foolish liberals)

II. How the members of the Supreme Court are chosen
a. A vacancy occurs
b. The President nominates a replacement (he gets to chose; that's what happens when you win)
c. The DemocRATS throw temper tantrums (show pictures and video; play soundclips)
d. Left wing lunatic groups start sending faxes and getting on the news (read garbage from moveon and PFAW)
e. DemocRATS desperately try to filibuster (briefly explain filibuster) and whine about checks and balances

III. Children's activities
a. Draw funny crayon pictures of angry Hillary, angry Kennedy, angry Reid, angry Pelosi, angry Biden's hairplugs
b. Put on a skit showing how the DemocRATS behave when they don't get their way
c. Have spelling test with new words: loser, Constitution, filibuster, apoplectic, leftist, crybabies, whackjobs, tinfoil, liberal, whiner, judiciary
d. Do origami of Kennedy's Oldsmobile upside down underwater and Kennedy holding bottle of Scotch

IV. Extra credit
a. Call up Barbara Boxer's office and laugh at her
b. Make funny comment on Streisand's website
c. Write a poem making fun of the N.O.W. cows
d. Call Al Franken's show, call him a loser, and tell him he has been FReeped

I only had a few minutes to put this together because, despite rumors to the contrary, I really do work for a living. Add additional suggestions if you like. Start sending the lesson plan to teachers.

The Supreme Court has become tyrannical, the very thing our Founding Fathers warned against and tried to place bumps in the road against such a court. People didn't live long in those days or I am sure the FF would have place term limits on all judges and politicians. With last weeks decision on Eminent Domain, five justices ripped the heart out of the United States Constitution, rendering this nations free people without clear title to private ownership of land.

There should be no argument about a replacement for Justice O’Conner; No Swing Vote Judge on The Court; No Activists Justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a woman who looks to other nations for her answers on law – if she could be impeached, she surely should be for endangering the nation and laws , she is not alone in ignoring our Constitution. All appointed to that august bench should be Constitutional Scholars. Activist judges need not apply and we must see to it none do. We must get Congress to pass Term Limits for these lawyers.

Men In Black is a must read book.

Just saw Ellen Radner on Fox News and every time anyone mentioned Renquist or any of the conservative justices she kept saying she was getting the vapors. She put down Bork. Said it was great that he wasn't on the court. The Liberals would be funny to watch, if they weren't so dangerous to our freedoms!
