You can make book on it - Bush will emulate his pappy and give us a moderate, or closet liberal like Souter. He will blame Congress, blah blah blah. (1) Bush nominates someone other than a known, solid conservative.
(2) Bush nominates a solid conservative and the Senate Republicans allow him to be obstructed.
I don't expect it to happen, but if it does, mark my words ... there will be a significant exodus of social conservatives from the Republican party.
Then you obviously haven't listened to what he has had to say since he first started running or paid attention to his list of judicial nominations. He is about strict Constitutionalist not wishy washy SCOTUS -- why do you think the RATs have filibustered so much.
