He is about strict Constitutionalist not wishy washy SCOTUS -- why do you think the RATs have filibustered so much. Fred Barnes says republicans are not expecting a filibuster on a Supreme Court nominees. Good grief, I hope they are expecting every possible obstacle from the dems.
