Dulles, Virginia Sean Hannity, nationally syndicated radio personality and the co-host of Fox News Hannity & Colmes, has teamed up with Freedom Alliance to raise money to provide college tuition for the dependent children of soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who have been killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty. Over the past two years, Hannity and his listeners have contributed over $4 million to this great cause.
Hannity, 77WABC Radio Americas #1 News Talk Radio Station and Six Flags Great Adventure, along with Freedom Alliance, will host the third annual Hannity Freedom Concert on Friday, July 8th at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey to pay tribute to the men and women of our armed forces. Hannity will broadcast his popular radio program from the park from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm EST followed by the Freedom Concert featuring country music superstars LeAnn Rimes, Buddy Jewell and Aaron Tippin. LtCol Oliver North, USMC (Ret.), the host of War Stories on the Fox News Channel and the founder of Freedom Alliance, will also appear at the event.
Sean Hannity is a great friend, and we appreciate the help that he and his millions of listeners are providing for the men and women of our armed forces, said Oliver North who founded Freedom Alliance and serves as the organizations Honorary Chairman. The money raised through this effort will have a profound and lasting impact on the sons and daughters of Americas military heroes.

We hope to still make it but with the storm coming, we'll play it by ear. Thanks for the update!
I love Martina. I love Sara, too, but Martina is awesome. Big sound coming out of a tiny person!
He also said that they had a covered area to do the radio show from.

I will be bringing one of those Pajama Patrol Duputy badges that I purchased at CPAC. Whats say we give it to Curtis or Sean.
I have my digital camera charging up. It is a couple years old but I should be able to get a couple disks of photos before the battery dies out.
LOL... would be great if Sean would talk about the Pajama Patrol badge on the air! ;-D
Yes, I have a few Martina CDs here... what a voice!
Looking forward to meeting you. :o)
Hope to see you tomorrow, Ligeia. Have a safe trip to NJ!
Thanks!
Hey, it would be nice if I could even talk about it on FR!
It's advertising, doncha know.....Das is verboten....for me, apparently.
Thanks for the ping!
I saw both but I believe you flipped the sequence. I remember 10,000+ folks singing the chorus of Independence Day in the rain last year. Sara was in 2003 unexpectedly covering the Doobie Brothers in one number and doing a great job with it.
Anybody else remember it different?
I'd love to be there tomorrow for the concert but I had to travel to So Cal. I'm performing myself at a much more modest event on Saturday night.
Rained last year as well, IIRC. Forecast is heavy rain this morning but some clearing by the time of his broadcast so you may not need the rain slicker (I hope). Look forward to reading your critique.
I will be leaving around noon. Right now it has stopped raining here, but I suspect it is going to be a gullywasher all day.
Perhaps not listening to Lee Goldberg. Seems NJ will get the brunt of it this morning as it heads my way (lower Hudson Valley) this afternoon. We've had rain all morning but it's beginning to really pick up now. I hope that means it's moving out faster than expected. Have a wonderful time.
Be sure to ping me to the photo thread!! k?
The radio portion was VERY well attended. After every segment Phil Boyce had one area leave so that the others waiting to get into the building could get a chance to see the show. The building was packed at all times and when my section had to leave there were at least 500 waiting to get in yet.
I took the US and UK flags and they were a big hit. Someone from Fox News came over and asked me to wave them so they could get some film for later. The photographers from Sean's show also got some photos, including one with me and Curtis standing together with the flags.
I gave Curtis the Pajama Patrol Badge, and he began to laugh when I explained what it was. Don't know if he will mention it on his show tomorrow or not.
Anne Coulter and Col North brought down the house. The wounded veterans got standing "O" from everyone.
