Comment on what you hear here!
I think Kentucky is nice. I used to hate Tennessee. Then my time in KY would sometimes take me there. TN is also a great state.
Anyone know how ' Kingdom of Heaven ' did? It came and went so fast I heard nothing. I expected a great deal of debate over the outright lies in the storyline - but nothing. It left the theaters so fast no time for debate.
If you vote, then the poll slips to the bottom of the page (in most browsers.) So I vote to make them go away.
I like TN as well.
Lexington KY is looking nice
"Am I the only one who could care less about Live Aid and Bono?"
No, I couldn't care less!. I don't watch TV but KSKY carries MTP at 12:00 and I shut it down when Bono came on.
What do you folks know about North Carolina? I met a guy from there who said the weather is very nice except for the occasional hurricane.
Theymay have just ignored it in hopes that it would just die.

The billboard at the speedway was pink.
I don't know. I kinda wanted to see it, too. But then all I heard was the "relevance" angle, pro and con, and decided to stay away. It looked too much like ROTK, anyway.
Great caption. Check out the saddlebags on Hitlery BTW.
My family is from eastern North Carolina; many generations. I'd love to move back there but it's changing fast. The cities pretty much all have universities, and pretty much all of them are becoming liberal bastions from what I can tell.
I lived in Lexington during a couple internships with IBM/Lexmark. I enjoyed my time there. Lots of horse farms! Transylvania University (Jefferson Davis was one of its most famous alumni) is also located there.
Oh good grief, how low can The Sun sink. Two people who are both conveniently dead. Sickening.
I bet the Graham organization is furious at how this jokingly intended "stay out of politics, Bill, and work for God", comment is being touted by the media as some kind of presidential endorsement by Billy Graham.
But isn't this so typical of the Clintons and their msm friends. Using friends and foes alike to further their self-glorification. But somethow this seems sleazier.
and it reminds me of the Trent Lott comment. Lott was just trying to be nice to old Thurman, and he was crucified for it. Graham was just trying to be nice, and he gets mortified. This man of God has never and would never endorse a presidential wannabee, but that's how it's being played. The morning shows will jump on this with both feet.
I'd move to TN. Driving out here when I moved (from Virginia), I was impressed with how Tennessee looked. Eastern TN is gorgeous.
My first thought, too.
I've heard nothing but good about NC. Winston-Salem-Raleigh seem to be exploding. Sounds like its transforming into a very urbane state.
Pen's WOTW is tough to get through. But two things made it just bearable: It follows the book in the old Victorian age and THERE'S NO TOM "I LOOK DOWN MY NOSE AT YOU WOGS" CRUISE!!
I vote for that reason, and to look at the members/non-members comparisons.
