No, what it says is that Felos (MS's lawyer) did not establish why he was or was not qualified to read them. The objection was upheld and then Felos proceeded to elicit Cranfords qualification.

The Parents atty objected again, and the judge overruled obviously accepting the Dr. as qualified...acceptance by the court.

It may help liberals sleep at night, thinking it was right to starve and dehydrate a human being to death. In front of her own family and arresting people who try to help. Think of it being your daughter or son. It was sick no whitewash will get me to forgive the animals that allowed it to happen. They would not do it to an animal!

Wow! Not a flame, but a beacon of light to shine on the truth. Even so, many will refuse to see it. It's is exactly as you say, their emphasis is on death not life, Their glasses are half empty, yours is half full!
I don't know about the legal manueverings. And frankly, I don't care about that circus. The burden of proof should lie on the accuser. She was accused of a crime worthy of death, and the prosecution didn't cover all its tracks before executing her.
I can make you a copy: standard cassette tape, but I'd be surprised if Hannity doesn't play it again. CNN must have scrubbed it's report on her attempt to speak. Nowhere in google now, either. In which case, I can see why so many people never heard the tape. Got my PO box address in my profile.

Perhaps when a death is forced by removal of nutrition or other means it should be required that it be stated in cause of death. Then statistically deaths that are caused by deliberate removal of nutrition/hydration can be properly tracked. OTH, they may not want to keep these kinds of stats, might begin to appall people how many patients are being euthanized.

As for the bones, they said, that Terri had osteoporosis and no sign of trauma. They also said that she did NOT have bulemia. The low postassium people cited as evidence was from medications the paramedics gave her when they arrived at the site. The report did mention that there was a question of what happened between the time Michael claims to have found Terri at 4:30 am and 5:40 am, when the paramedics were called.
