I don't know about the legal manueverings. And frankly, I don't care about that circus. The burden of proof should lie on the accuser. She was accused of a crime worthy of death, and the prosecution didn't cover all its tracks before executing her.

I can make you a copy: standard cassette tape, but I'd be surprised if Hannity doesn't play it again. CNN must have scrubbed it's report on her attempt to speak. Nowhere in google now, either. In which case, I can see why so many people never heard the tape. Got my PO box address in my profile.

I like Hannity and have even defended him on occaision, but on this matter he's let it become too personal and it's affected his judgment. Some of his remarks are downright embarrassing.
