Sounds like Rossi's lost by the way judge is talking. DemoncRAT Fraudoire wins. DemoncRATS win again through illegal and criminal behavior.

Agreed. The problem is the WSRP...

RECALL should be easy since she has done nothing but raise taxes since she was given the election.
To: willgetsome
This gets appealed to the WA Supreme Court, though expect no favors there.
To: LdSentinal
The Dems should have the WA SSC sewn up.

It's doubtfull that this gets appealed by Rossi. I think he'll walk away with a "I disagree with the findings but think I would not win at the SSC level" and he'll run again.

Rossi's not really a party to this, I believe. It's the WSRP...

Any questions counsel?
Yes. If you're throwing out over a 1000 votes, how can you not subtract ANY of those from Gregoire?

You can believe that but just because the WSRP is the listed name doesn't mean that Rossi is not the plaintiff.

Looks like this case goes away - election stolen. Yes, dispite the facts of more than 1000 illegal votes, the judge still confirmed the election. This is sickening.

Rossi isn't running for Senate. He has said he will not screw his family like that. It's nothing but a two-bit consolation prize and anyway I don't think he'd win against StupidWell. The 'Rats are just too firmly dug in in WA state. If they happen to have a close election come along, they'll just steal it, like they did for Fraudoire.

Essentially, once illegal votes are in, unless the illegal voters come forward to say who they voted for, the votes must stand.

Am I understanding this correctly: the judge allowed the proportional argument to be made, but when it came out in favor of the WSRP, he ruled it wasn't sufficient to have any impact on his ruling?

RECALL should be easy since she has done nothing but raise taxes since she was given the election. Recall is not easy in WA - in fact, it's extraordinarily difficult and won't happen in this case.

If you're throwing out over a 1000 votes, how can you not subtract ANY of those from Gregoire? How's that for the most absurd ruling you've ever seen come out of a court? Earring Judge just imposed the Stalin Standard on us. I'm not living under a republican form of government, that's for sure.
To: TheErnFormerlyKnownAsBig
Not me. I never felt we would win this court case. I knew from the beginning we were p-eye-$-$-ing in the wind. No chance. I knew we were going to lose. If I could have bet the farm, I would have bet on the commies winning. In court, they always seem to win in this socialist state. That is why I am leaving this state. I hate this puking state worse than I felt about the commies in Nam.

Rossi isn't running for Senate. He has said he will not screw his family like that. Those comments don't really mean anything, IMO. He was still effectively running for governor (albeit through the courts) while making those statements. Suggesting at that time that he was interested in another office would have been somewhat unseemly. Let's see what he says in the near future, now that his gubernatorial hopes are apparently finished.
To: LdSentinal
This gets appealed to the WA Supreme Court, though expect no favors there. I doubt they'll appeal; the R party in WA doesn't have the guts to fight.

As Uncle Joe Stalin said: It is not who votes that counts, rather who COUNTS THOSE VOTES. Enough said. Commies win again. Gutless judge. And he is suppose to be a republican. Wimp.
