It's being read now...the decision hasn't been declared, apparently the Judge is reading a case history.

Mr. Watsonfellow, I'd love to listen to this thread if there is some link. Is this just some sort of discussion thread? Any decision reached yet?

Would you post a summary? I'd like to send to several non-freepers WA voters.

Judge:" "blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. decision to come."
Sounds like he's getting set up to say "we can never know who won." Remedy? hell if I know what he'll say. He's going to rip King County a new one for election methods. Already took a swipe at them saying basically that govt. workers in K.C. take their paychecks and don't do their job.

If the judge finds that errors were made can he order a new election?

If the judge finds that errors were made can he order a new election? Yes. That's the option I'd hoped for, but it does not sound like he is going in this direction...

On the bright side, a wide majority of Washingtonians believe Rossi won, and I do believe that Rossi will be convinced to enter the ring to challenge Cantwell in 2006.
