It's being read now...the decision hasn't been declared, apparently the Judge is reading a case history.

Sounds like he's getting set up to say "we can never know who won." Remedy? hell if I know what he'll say. He's going to rip King County a new one for election methods. Already took a swipe at them saying basically that govt. workers in K.C. take their paychecks and don't do their job.

Yes. That's the option I'd hoped for, but it does not sound like he is going in this direction...

On the bright side, a wide majority of Washingtonians believe Rossi won, and I do believe that Rossi will be convinced to enter the ring to challenge Cantwell in 2006.
