The Republican was a coward when he let the dem steal the elction and get sworn in, I remember many posters believing that the courts would be the proper venue for remedying the situation.
Unless you fight the POS dems with brass knuckles, they'll steal the election from you in the open and laugh. To pretend otherwise is not worthy of serious discussion.
The republican shouldn't get one dime for another election, since his girlie-man stance in this one put a crook into office.

The King County Election Department broke the law and lied to cover it up. All King County votes should be decertified until King County can show they comply with the law.
That's my take but not the court's.
This is a huge loss for voters and for election reform.
The next election could put Rossi over the top by 50,000 votes but it will not matter because there will be no way, no method, no possibility to show that 50,001 irregular votes on a manual recount are invalid even in light of falsified reports from the election ofifice,
Democracy is lost here. Sorry to say it.
The only recourse for real voters to prevail in the next election is to follow the example that has been set here, lie and cheat in the same manner as was done in this election.

My audio keep cutting out, but I can tell where he's going.
I hope Gregoire enjoys her ONE term as governor.

What was Rossi supposed to do? Friggin saddle up the regulars and attack KC elections office? You're lacking any sense as far as I could tell.

Game over.
Rossi lost the court challenge.
