This weekend I got in a fight about a poker hand. We ended up spliting the pot. Just like the guys in Iraq, I did it for the good of the country.
Now I know what the Marines must have felt like when they stormed Fallujah.

Graham was one of the grandstanding Senators during the period when the Lib media was trying to pin the balme on the Bush administration.

Wasn't Graham one of the House Manages who led Clinton's impeachment? As I remember, he was a very balsy guy back then.

I understand that Lindsey told Hannity today that he had "disappointed a lot of conservatives."
Last night on CNN he said that he did not care what of pressure conservatives in South Carolina try to put on him ....that it would not make him vote to remove a filibuster.

Chris Matthews used to love to have Graham on his show when Matthews and the rest of the MSM tried to blame the President for Abu Ghraib. Graham, much like the Lib Senators, expressed so much outrage at the 'policies' that led to Abu Ghraib.

Whoa....what a colossal lack of brains, integrity, judgement, honesty...I can't believe he had the nerve to make that comparision.
He should pay the price the next time he is up for re-election.

He said: "Over in Iraq, we have soldiers dying and others being wounded, and all of them are subject to being shot at. They didn't have to volunteer to join the military. And I didn't have to change my vote to support this filibuster plan. But I did it for the good of the country."Ya know, he should never have said that. As mad as people are at him, and the other traitors, he's liable to have some loose cannon shoot his sorry a$$.
I'd compare him to the terrorists in Iraq, if I were going to compare him to anything.

Careful there. I am a USN guy, and there is always a temptation to the ground pounders to make that reference, for good reason-they take the brunt of the casualties.
But there were lots of Air Force men who lost their lives in defense of our country. Just because they didn't die in unfortunate bucketloads like the Army or Marines, that doesn't make their sacrifice less.
Sorry. I didn't mean to lecture, and I think it came across that way.
