Yep Newsweek's actions of not having their facts straight has led to the deaths of innocent peopl and they should be held accountable.
So, should the Bush administration's failure to get their facts straight before going to war over Iraq's WMDs be cause for them to be held accountable as well? After all, while they may have not actually lied. They were oh so wrong and hell of a lot more people have died as a result.

Your not to bright are you.
WMDs were not the only reason for taking him out. And look at all the rape and torture rooms we shut down. We saved more lives with that action than we lost.
Think things out to a conclusion.

So, should the Bush administration's failure to get their facts straight before going to war over Iraq's WMDs be cause for them to be held accountable as well? First off, you cannot compare the two. One is a urinalistic hack job, the other based upon the best available intelligence collected over the past decade. One was done to embarrass the US and the President, the other to deal with a threat the safety of the US (to the embarrassment of the globalist leftists). Crawl back to your hole and think this through better before you display such intellectual dishonesty.

They were oh so wrong and hell of a lot more people have died as a result. Were they "oh so wrong?" Let's consider some facts:
1. Saddam financed terrorist attacks - this is beyond dispute.
2. Saddam harbored terrorists within Iraq - this is beyond dispute.
3. Saddam had a WMD program, and was pursuing a nuclear program regardless of whether or not actual stockpiles which may or may not be still hidden have yet been located - this is beyond dispute.
4. Saddam flouted UN resolutions for 14 years and brazenly violated the terms of the cease-fire agreement - this is beyond dispute.
5. Prior to the invasion of Iraq, dozens of trucks were observed moving materiel out of Iraq into Syria and into the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon - this is beyond dispute.
So what facts did the administration not get straight? The location of all the WMD? That was part of Saddams violation of UN resolutions and a big part of why the invasion was necessary to force him out. If you want to say they didn't have their facts straight then you also have to concede that hillary, bill, algore, jfkerry, teddy, along with the security agencies of France, Britain, Germany, China, and Russia ALL failed to get their facts straight because they ALL said the same thing about Iraq's WMD programs at the time.
