This is promising news for the Second Amendment - at least five justices understand that "regulate" means "to make regular."
Well this ruling is constitutional under the commerce clause of the U.S. Constitution. And the ruling is capitialistic under free market concepts, so I have not problems with the ruling.

This ruling ends one commerical distribution advantage that French wines had over local Alabama and Texas and California and Washington/Oregon wines...now local American wineries can ship their wines anywhere in the U.S.
